Refund Policy

• Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund of the rental amount and security deposit (if applicable).

• Once an order has been dispatched, rental charges are non-refundable.

• The security deposit (if applicable) will be refunded within 24 hours after the returned product is received, inspected, and approved.

• Applicable deductions may include:

  • Rental charges

  • Extended rental charges

  • Late return fees

  • Damage or cleaning charges

  • Missing accessories or lost item charges

• If a product is not returned within 14 days after the rental end date, it will be treated as lost, the security deposit will be forfeited, and additional charges may apply.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Bank processing may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect.
